1. Eligibility: Only approved candidates by OFN may participate as pre-selectors.

 

2. Confidentiality: All films, pictures, documents, and any other materials related to submissions for the One Fluid Night (OFN) Film Festival are strictly confidential. Pre-selectors are prohibited from showing, posting, or publicly demonstrating any of these materials.

 

3. Viewing and Rating Responsibility: Pre-selectors are required to watch and rate all assigned films one week before the official notification date. The schedule and details of film assignments can be found at https://filmfreeway.com/ofnfilmfestival

 

4. Consequences of Breach: Any pre-selector caught violating confidentiality will be immediately disqualified and blocked from all access to OFN content.

 

5. Compliance Warning System: If a pre-selector fails to watch or rate some or all assigned films, they will receive a first warning. A second failure will result in disqualification and cancellation of access to all OFN content.

 

6. Rewards: As a token of appreciation, pre-selectors will receive an OFN T-shirt and a Festival Pass for the upcoming OFN Festival, or they may choose the option of an Amazon voucher worth £50.

 

7. Ongoing Assignments: New films will be added to the pre-selector’s list for review during the open entries period for the OFN Film Festival.

 

8. Organiser's Rights: The Organiser, OFN LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, reserves the right to terminate a pre-selector’s access to the viewing process at any time if deemed crucial for safety or other significant reasons.

 

9. Respect and Inclusivity: Pre-selectors are expected to approach all films with respect and an open mind, particularly considering the diversity and inclusivity inherent in LGBTQIA+ cinema.

 

10. Feedback and Engagement: Pre-selectors are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and engage in discussions about the films, adhering to a standard of professionalism and courtesy.
